Livestock Rock Festival took place in Zephyrhills FL, at Festival Park on April 23 & 24, 2004. This was the festival's 14th year, and my 1st time attending after hearing about it for a few years. Well, "attending" is relative, for you see, I never set foot in the concert area, preferring instead to hang out in the campground. The crowd was real easy going, as folks young and younger were out for a good time. Law enforcement was present but comparatively onobtrusive. I think they were just around to keep the peace, and were probably more concerned with drugs than nudity as I did see a couple of arrests.
